We have the Sunderland Moyes and that only means one thing. Don't agree that he is blameless, he must have had 20 training sessions with the squad now, that's a lot of time. What has he changed? The answer is NOTHING. Why is the answer nothing? Work it out for yourself.
For those that think we won't go down, well after this next run of games we will most likely need to win 2 on the bounce to get to 17th. How is a side who lost 4-0 to that shit last night going to do that? Who we going to beat? All I can see happening is that our rut deepens and the players lose more confidence and the fans get more angry, once that happens it gets even more toxic, then it's game over. Others teams will see us as easy pickings, no mistake. And you don't think that Moyes will be thinking to himself here we go again?
I reckon we're fucked.

YES to prepare for life in the championship. No way they’re throwing big money at staying up. Bottom of the table it won’t be worth the gamble to them.

I wouldn't play any of these again. They need replacing or go down. Adrian and Rice can come in, but we will still need another three at least.

On what evidence do people think Moyes can keep us up? Was losing to the divisions worst form team some kind of indicator?
Looking at the seven games this year I can't see us getting more than 3 or 4 points, which would probably leave us bottom going into the new year, and there's no way that Moyes would get us out of that.
It's simple, we're fucked. And not just for this season.

I'm extremely angry with all the players about that 1st half 'performance' but I save my real hatred for our two most expensive signings. Ayew and Arnautovic (£40million+) hardly broke sweat and contributed absolutely fuck all. I don't want to see either of them ever play for us again.
Bilic should hang his head in shame that he landed us with these utter, utter wankers.

I must confess that the decent first 10 minutes of the second half was as unpalatable as it would have been if they had just been shit for 90 minutes. I mean how can you go from zero effort to actually putting a bit of a shift in at the start of the second half, surely a bit of effort from the start isn't too much to ask?!
Yet it's been the same for two years or so, constantly slow out of the blocks with no pressure on the ball. Bilic had the look at the end that the players just weren't listening and it's the same now. I don't rate Moyes but you can't blame everything on the manager the players have to put in the effort.
The Tottenham game "should" have been a confidence boost, the second half against Leicester should have been a start, but it's constantly one step forward three steps back with this lot.
Kouyate letting Rooney sprint past him like that is a disgrace but it's happening all over the park. Zabaletta I feel sorry for because he puts in the effort but his legs can't cope trying to cover others deficiencies. Too many show ponies and not enough battlers.

The players must have no shame. They have Murphy, Savage etc all gobsmacked at their appalling attitude as well. I can half understand them, in their exalted little world, not giving a shit about the fans, but when your own peer group recognise you are behaving like wankers... surely that must jog a few brain cells?

Agreed - the four sides immediately above us are all making their way down the table now; we have to try not to let a gap open up.
